A Will is undoubtedly one of the most important documents you will ever make. It is the only way to make sure that your assets – (property, money, possessions) are distributed in accordance with your wishes; that you can choose Guardians for your children; prevent the delays and uncertainties of an Intestacy (dying without a Will) and safeguard the future security of the people you care about.
