PROBATE ADMINISTRATION
Probate is the procedure for dealing with the administration of an Estate of a deceased person (i.e. their financial assets, property, possessions and liabilities). This involves valuing and collecting in assets and settling liabilities before distributing the remainder of the Estate according to the terms of the Will.
