CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS

We care about the Community in which we work and are constantly striving to work with local Charity Groups and Hospices to help raise awareness of the importance of making a Will and also to help raise funds by way of legacies for local Charities. We would be happy to hear from you if this is of interest to your Charity or other Group.

We deal with the subject of Wills and related topics in an informative but entertaining way.

CORPORATE

We operate various ‘tailor made’ Employee Benefit Schemes for companies to encourage their staff to make Wills and would be happy to discuss such schemes with your company.

We also participate in Pre-Retirement Seminars for many companies where we undertake a session on the benefits of making a Will, to include general advice on Inheritance Tax Planning in Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney.

We are currently embarking upon a travelling Corporate Roadshow – taking our presentations to various local companies to present to employees and would be interested to hear from your company if you would like to discuss this with us.

GENERAL INTEREST

We are often asked to give a talk or presentation about Wills and related topics to Groups or Charities. This can be in a format to fit in with your particular Group and the time available. The most popular topics we have recently covered are – Why you should make a Will – Inheritance Tax planning in your Will(s) – Enduring Powers of Attorney and Elderly Client issues, e.g. Long Term Care Planning.

We handle these subjects in an informative but entertaining way and would be happy to hear from you if this is of interest to your Group or Charity.
