PARCHMENT WILLS & LEGAL SERVICES LIMITED has been established since 1989, initially offering a home visit Willwriting service. In recent years the company has expanded and is now based in offices in Gerrards Cross where we are happy to see clients, as well as still offering home visits where needed.
The company has also expanded its range of legal services and in addition to Willwriting, we also advise on Will Trusts and Inheritance Tax Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Elderly Client matters and Probate Administration.
We are founder members of the Institute of Professional Willwriters (IPW) and comply with their Code of Practice. Not all Willwriters are the same. All IPW members are qualified by examination and hold
